So, on Saturday, I went to Zenkaikon 2009 with and, like all of our strange voyages, we had a hell of a lot of fun.
Well, other than waiting 2 hours to get in and that was with pre-registration tickets.
We were standing in line, pointing out cosplays and squeeing at everything. . .and making fools of ourselves but that was mostly me.
She was pretty tame.
I texted and told her we were waiting outside and, before I knew it, she was outside and I had an America propose to me~!

I got a rose and everything.
Totally made the two hours outside in the cold worth it.
Then, almost at the entrance, :iconconfundus-charm: found us in her Greece cosplay.
I was so glad to have met my two online friends.

So, we finally got in and ran to the Hetalia photoshoot where I got to dance around with a group of cosplayers.

So, we ran around and got to see an Ash Ketchum, go to the artist alley where I bought an America and England plushie.
They're so cute.
Not to mention butttttons~!
Fluffy got a Gambit poster, Zack Fair wallscroll, and buttons.

We played this huge game of duck duck goose with Hetalia cosplayers as well as Reborn! Cosplayers.
It was so much fun.

Well, yesterday I was over at my best friend's house for a party for her dad to celebrate him coming home from the service.
They had a parade like convoy of motorcycles, cop cars and other people and it was pretty neat.
They even had a news crew there so we were on TV for a little while!
It aired at 10 pm and, if I had thought about it, I could have told people about it.
Oh well, not like it was for me anyway, it was to show respect for his sacrifice.
It was great since there was a ton of food, not to mention I got to play wii against a bunch of kids and watch the Swan Princess.
I never realized how much I loved that movie. . .or how big their teeth were.
I never noticed it before but, when we did watch it, I noticed.
Then there was the fact that we scared the living shit out of her sister.
was taking pictures with her webcam and I noticed how I looked like the Grudge.
So, we knew her stepsister was afraid of it and decided to take advantage of it.
I went up to her room, turned off the lights and laid on the stairs and waited until she came before making that death rattle sound and crawling down her stairs.
She screamed and ran off which then led to the fact that I waited a little while and crawled down and into the hallway and she screamed and ran down the second flight of stairs.
I thought I was going to pee myself from laughing so hard.
xDDDD

On to the bad news, on the way to work, my mom got into a bit of an accident.
A car hit the car behind her which, in turn, hit her car.
She went to the emergency room for back pain.
The worst part of it was the fact that we had just gotten the car back from recall repairs.
Thank god we didn't have to pay for those but we may have to pay for this one.

I should really be working on art projects that are due November 6th. B|
But I don't feel like it.
At all.
Cause I have to go to work soon.

It's happened after all these years.
I'm a senior.
No student is in a higher grade than me, everyone in my school is under me in grade other than my fellow seniors.
I feel. . .accomplished.
I'm made it through so many years with just one to go and it's just a reality check I've been waiting for.
I'm thinking of quitting my job when next summer hits for the sake of keeping my last summer free and open before going off to college.
I've visited the Philadelphia Institute of the Arts and I'm planning on visiting Kutztown in October.
I know that I definitely want to stick in art, whether it be computer animation or graphic design since I'm fond of both.
I got into AP studio art at my high school but, this year, it's mostly a Computer Graphics oriented class.
They selected the top students that they felt would be protective and bring forth the skills to be in such a class and I was so blessed to be one of them.
I can't believe how awesome that is.
My locker is finally a key locker which means more room and more space to store stuff. [I actually can fit in my locker now which is strangely nice and roomy.]
I like most of my teachers and my classes are never more than a minute away from each other.
I never have to run from one building to the other or dash from one end and back and, to top it all off, my locker is smack in the middle of all of my classes so it's great.
Though summer is over, I still get to see my best friend since I have homeroom and math with her.

I took mostly academic courses, other than that art, and I have a few study halls to top it off; one open campus and a study hall because of the fact that it's during a lunch period.
But my lunch kind of sucks because I only found one friend and she only found me so when one of us is sick, it's going to be boring.
Aw well, at least I can go out to lunch!

So, I've got this horrid Transformers obsession now and Hot Shot is the equivalent to me as Gambit is to Chelsea.
Or at least was, I'm not so sure how much she adores her card captor anymore. [LOL@HORRIBLE JOKE I JUST MADE]
I've come up with stories, ready to start an RP, doodle him all over, and I have two shirts for Transformers, a Bumblebee one and an Optimus Prime one.

Okay, so I'm almost counting down days to the start of school and I'm going to be a senior.
Finally.
I checked out the Philadelphia Institute of the Arts and discovered that that college is positively perfect.
The dorms are comfy looking, the teachers are pleasant, it's in center city.
I CAN'T BELIEVE SUCH AN AWESOME PLACE EXISTS.
I want to go there so bad.
I beat Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles with Chelsea, finally, and discovered the ending was not worth the days we spent on it.
Though I did feel accomplished for finally beating it.
It was my summer accomplishment I suppose.
